Every 30 days, you'll receive a digest that showcases information about teams in your environment.
This monthly governance digest summarizes what's going on in your tenant, including potential issues and suggested actions you can take to improve the situation.
Click the call-to-action buttons to go directly to the appropriate ShareGate page to make changes immediately.
The digest also highlights other ShareGate features you can use to empower owners.
Notifications
You can receive your monthly digest by email or ShareGate Teams chatbot. To set your notification preference:
Select Settings.
Select Notifications.
Navigate to Monthly Digest.
Use the radio buttons to select Microsoft Teams chatbot or Email.
Recipient account
Set a specific email address to receive admin notifications from Settings > Notifications:
Navigate to Recipient account.
Type a valid name or email address in the Email or contact name field.
Once found, select the account.
The account that currently receives admin notifications is shown under Current account.
Notes:
The default recipient is the account used when consenting during first sign-up.
The recipient you set will receive all admin notifications (i.e., the monthly digest, the governance alerts, and the external sharing review status emails).
