Custom reports in ShareGate Protect let you explore, filter, and export detailed information about your Microsoft 365 environment.
You can create custom reports based on:
Sites: SharePoint Online sites
Groups: Microsoft 365 Groups
Teams: Microsoft Teams
OneDrives: OneDrive for Business accounts
Sharing links: Content shared with a link
Users: Users in your tenant
Depending on the base object you select, you will have access to different filters and columns to customize your report.

Columns
You can add data to your reports with columns. The columns you can add are the same as your basic filters and most object-linked filters.
Click Columns to explore the available columns for your specific report.
Basic filters
Basic filters let you restrict your report based on the direct properties of your selected base object.

"Objects linked" filters
Object-linked filters let you restrict your report based on the properties of your selected base object's relationship to other base objects.
For example, you can further filter your SharePoint Online sites to find those with a team attached by adding the Group > Has Team > True filter to a Sites report.
