Use the Remediation impact section on the Overview page to track the governance actions you've taken in ShareGate Protect and see how they've affected your tenant's state over time.
What's tracked
Remediation impact shows four metrics, each comparing what you've resolved against the current total in your tenant:
Workspaces shared org-wide: the number of workspaces you've secured versus the total number currently shared with the entire organization
External sharing links: the number of external sharing links you've removed versus the total currently in the tenant
Anyone sharing links: the number of Anyone (anonymous) sharing links you've removed versus the total currently in the tenant
SharePoint storage reclaimed: the amount of storage you've freed up versus the total storage consumed by the tenant
Each metric also shows a trend percentage indicating how the overall count has changed during the selected period.
Change the time period
Use the dropdown in the top right of the Remediation impact section to change the time window. The default is Last 30 days.
Drill down into your activity
Click the resolved count on any metric tile (the secured, removed, or saved number) to open the Activity log filtered to the relevant actions for that metric and time period.
