If you were a ShareGate Protect customer before the transition to the new Protect experience, you may need to retrieve content you previously archived with the legacy Management feature.
The Legacy Archive button may no longer appear in the Protect sidebar. You can still access your legacy archives directly using the URL below.
Access your legacy archives
If you can't find the legacy archive button in ShareGate Protect, go to https://protect.sharegate.com/archives/.
Things to know
The first time you access archives from a new browser or computer, you may be prompted to go through the consent wizard. Complete the wizard to connect your Microsoft tenant.
Mass export of archived data is not supported.
