Details

This problem can only happen when migrating files and/or folders to a destination library that already contains data. Basically, the problem can be one of the following:

  1. You are migrating a file and the destination already contains a folder with the same name at the same location.

  2. You are migrating a folder and the destination already contains a file with the same name at the same location.

Solution

The problem can be resolved by one of the following solutions:

  1. Migrate to another location (another library or another folder) to prevent collisions.

  2. Rename the source or the destination file/folder. If you want to rename the source elements while you perform your migration, first export them to Excel, then change the file name (or path) in the DestinationPath column and finally import the Excel file. For more info, see Export metadata and import and copy with Excel or CSV.
