When trying to migrate a list with an InfoPath form you get an error (IN-449-002) that includes the message below:

Form templates cannot be browser-enabled on this server without server administrator approval. Contact your server administrator to upload this form template.

If you try to display your InfoPath form at the destination after your migration, you get a 404 not found error.

In order for your InfoPath forms to work, Browser-enabled Form Templates must be allowed in your SharePoint environment.

Configure your SharePoint environment to allow browser-enabled form templates in your central administration or admin center.

To change the browser-enabled form templates setting, go to SharePoint Admin Center -> Infopath -> Browser-enabled Form Templates.
