We've added a new Microsoft 365 permission scope exclusive to Copy mailboxes and Copy from Gmail. You no longer have to consent to all of the ShareGate Migrate permissions to use these features.

It is no longer necessary to have global admin permissions to use Copy mailboxes and Copy from Gmail. You can now use these features with Exchange admin permissions.

We've added a progress bar when loading mailboxes in the Copy mailboxes' source selection screen.

The migration report's summary includes live information about the migration of your individual mailboxes when you launch a Copy mailbox or Copy from Gmail operation.

We've improved how we copy emojis in Copy teams to avoid Unicode errors. Modifiers, such as skin tone, are removed from the message before the app attempts to copy it again. If an error still occurs, ShareGate Migrate removes all emojis from the message and attempts to copy it one last time.

We fixed an issue that would give you a Missing permissions to connect to Exchange Online error when using Connect-MicrosoftOnline right after consenting to the necessary permissions.

Unicode escape sequences are no longer being decoded when you use Export metadata, avoiding file name issues in the exported file.
