Use the Manage page tiles to filter teams and groups in a single click.
Select any tile to access its frequently used actions from the bulk action menu.

How-to use tiles
Select Manage from the sidebar.
Choose between your tenant's Teams or All Groups.
Click any tile to filter the teams or groups.
The columns and bulk action menu will now display information and actions relevant to that tile.
Tip: To do more, click the Three dots button in the bulk action menu.
Tiles
The tiles will change dynamically to say "Teams" or "Groups" depending on your selection from step (2) above.
Orphaned teams/groups
Select this tile to see all the teams or groups in your environment that do not have an owner.
Add owners so ShareGate can automatically collaborate on policies that keep your Microsoft environment organized and secure.
You can add owners to multiple teams or groups simultaneously as a bulk action or individually. For more information, see Orphaned teams and groups.
Inactive teams/groups
Select this tile to see all the teams or groups in your environment that are inactive.
You can Archive, Keep, or Delete teams or groups from the bulk action menu. Or, Ask owner(s) to decide.
Note: Archiving a team or group is only available if you have set up an Azure storage account to store your data. For more information, see Archive overview.
Teams/Groups without purpose
Select this tile to see all the teams or groups in your environment without a purpose tag.
From the bulk action menu, you can Add purpose tag or Ask owner(s) to apply one. Use the information in the Sensitivity column to help you better understand what purpose tags are best suited for these teams or groups.
Teams/Groups with guests or shared links to review
Select this tile for visibility on the review status (i.e. reviewed, not reviewed, waiting for review, never reviewed) of teams or groups.
The number on this tile shows the total number of teams and groups in your environment that have guests and/or external sharing links present.
From the bulk action menu, you can Ask owner(s) to review external sharing links and guest access.
Note: A review may include external sharing links and/or guest access depending on your Microsoft settings. For more information, see Microsoft doesn't allow sharing links or guests.
Teams/Groups without sensitivity
Select this tile to see all the teams or groups in your environment without a sensitivity tag.
From the bulk action menu, you can Add sensitivity tag or Ask owner(s) to apply one. Use the information in the Purpose column to help you better understand what sensitivity tags are best suited for these teams or groups.
Collaboration status
Use the collaboration status on the inactivity, purpose, guests or shared links, and sensitivity tiles to monitor your Ask owner(s) progress. The tile shows the number of requests pending, while the team or group list gives updates specific to each request.

Update your policies
Need to modify, update, or change a policy?
Click the gear icon on the inactivity, purpose, sensitivity, guests/shared links, or sensitivity tile to go directly to the Settings, where you can update your policies as needed.
