Why don't my blueprint site files appear in provisioned team channels?
Why don't my blueprint site files appear in provisioned team channels?
Updated this week

To map content such as files from your blueprint site to provisioned team channels:

  • You must configure the template to copy structure and content from the blueprint site in ShareGate.

  • You must create a folder for each channel in the channels section of your blueprint site's Documents library.

    • The name of each channel folder must be identical to the corresponding channel name.

Add the desired files to each channel folder. When structured and configured correctly, all files from the channel folders in your blueprint SharePoint site will appear in the files of provisioned team channels.

For example, the contents of the General folder in your blueprint site's Documents library will be copied to the provisioned teams' General channel, and the contents of the Brainstorm Central folder will be copied to the Brainstorm Central channel, etc.

Note: Private channels cannot be mapped from your blueprint site to provisioned teams.
