Manage inactivity manually
Updated this week

ShareGate helps keep your Microsoft 365 environment secure and clutter-free with inactivity management.

You can choose to keep, delete, or archive inactive teams and groups directly from the Manage page.

Note: Archiving a team or group is only available if you have set up an Azure storage account to store your data. For more information, see Archive overview.
