Symptoms

When trying to copy a Nintex workflow, ShareGate Migrate displays the following warning:

The Nintex workflow seems to be invalid, so it has only been saved at the destination instead of being published.

Error code

  • ST-188-175

  • Error codes ending with: -175

Details

This error occurs when ShareGate Migrate tries to publish a Nintex workflow or user defined action at the destination and Nintex returns an error. This means that the workflow or user defined action was not published so it will not be available when you try to run it. However, it will be saved at the destination, which means that it will be available for editing.

Solution

Go to your destination site and edit the workflow or user defined action in order to fix the invalid settings using the Nintex workflow designer. Once you have fixed the workflow, you can publish it to make it available for running.

If you receive this warning, it would also be very appreciated if you can contact us at [email protected] with details about your workflow and what seems to be invalid after the copy. This will help us improve ShareGate Migrate to prevent this issue in the future.
