Error code

  • AN-031-134

Details

The message is raised when all the following conditions are encountered:

  1. There is no default site template mapping defined for the source site.

  2. There is no site template mapping for the source site's template.

Solution

You need to modify your site template mappings to correct this error. You have the following options:

  1. Associate a destination site template with the source site's template. (If the error is caused by the source template not being available, this solution won't be possible and you will need to use the second one.)

  2. Set a default site template mapping for the source site's language.

You can find more information about site template mappings here.

Best practice

Always define a default site template mapping for all the languages that your SharePoint server supports.
