Symptoms
When attempting to copy a document, ShareGate Migrate displays the following error:
The list validation formula failed.
If the error appears when copying a list item, the error message will be the same as the one set in the Validation settings of the destination list in SharePoint.

Details
The error happens because the properties of the item being copied do not respect the validation formula defined in the destination list/library's Validation settings.
Solution
There are 2 possible solutions to this issue:
Make sure that the item being copied respects the validation formula.
Go in SharePoint in the destination list/library settings and then click on Validation settings. Update the validation formula to allow the item you want to copy (or remove the validation formula).
