Details

This error can happen if you have explicitly mapped a source permission level to be ignored. Since it will not be available at the destination, ShareGate Migrate will not be able to copy any permissions using that permission level.

It can also happen if ShareGate Migrate could not find a permission level with the given name neither at the source nor at the destination. In this case, configuring a permission level mapping may help resolve the issue.

Solution

You can manually configure the permission level mappings by going in the main ribbon and clicking on Map permission levels. In this screen, you will be able to choose how to map your source and destination permission levels.
