Details

The Show item-level message warns you that list items and documents within the list or library were not migrated due to an error.

Show item-level is a migration report filter option turned on by default in ShareGate Migrate.

If you turn the filter option off, list items and documents at the item level will not appear in your migration report. The message advises you to check that the filter is turned on to review the migration of your list items and documents.

Activating the Show item-level filter will not remove the Show item-level message from your migration report; it will allow you to find lists and libraries with list items and documents with errors.

Note: You can ignore this error message if you see list items and documents in your migration report.

How to activate the show item-level filter

Ensure the Show item-level filter is activated with these steps:

  1. Select Task in the sidebar.

  2. Click on your Migration report to open it.

  3. Click Filter.

  4. Add a checkmark to Show item-level.

  5. Click Apply filter.
