Templates allow you to create lists that use a pre-configured layout for columns, color formatting, and data structure.

Custom list or library templates are not migrated.

By default, templates are outside of the migration scope. ShareGate Migrate is unable to copy list or library templates as they are not kept in a standard SharePoint library.

Your custom list or templates need to be recreated at the destination.
