Copying Nintex Workflows will make them available at the destination site.

You can copy list, site, and reusable workflows. List workflows will be copied when you copy their associated list.

Supported migrations

ShareGate Migrate supports the migration of Nintex Workflows for the following migration types:

  • On-premises to on-premises, for SharePoint versions 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and SharePoint Subscription Edition (SharePoint SE).

  • On-premises to Microsoft 365, for SharePoint versions 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and SharePoint SE.

  • Microsoft 365 to on-premises, for SharePoint versions 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and SharePoint SE.

  • Full support for migrations from Microsoft 365 to Microsoft 365.

Note: As of November 2021, ShareGate Migrate can no longer provide full support for SharePoint Server 2003 and 2007, which are past the end of their Microsoft support lifetime. For more information, see Contacting our technical support team.

How-to migrate

Nintex workflows are copied the same way as regular SharePoint workflows. To migrate Nintex Workflows, follow the procedure detailed in the article Copy structure and content - Workflows.
