Use Copy content only to migrate files and folders from your teams and channels.

Files and folders from the Files tab are stored in a SharePoint site associated with your team.

For more information about interactions between Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, see The relationship between Microsoft 365 Groups, Teams, and other services.

Note: Only the files in the Files tab of a channel can be added as a Word tab.
