Use the in-app migration report to monitor a Copy mailboxes migration's progress and see its results without leaving ShareGate Migrate. The report gives you a live view of every mailbox in the migration, plus dedicated tabs for errors and warnings so you can find and resolve issues while the copy is still running.
Open the report
Open your Copy mailboxes task from the Tasks screen to see the report. It updates live while the migration runs, and stays available once the migration completes.
All mailboxes
The All mailboxes tab lists every mailbox in the migration, with its status, source, destination, item counts, and start and end times.
Use the search box to find a mailbox by name or email address.
Click a column header to sort the table.
Click the Export icon on a row to export that mailbox's results only.
Errors and warnings
The Errors and Warnings tabs group issues by type, so you can see how many items and mailboxes each one affects.
Each group shows the issue, a description, the number of affected items, and the number of affected mailboxes.

Use the search box to find an issue by its log number or message. Searching by mailbox isn't available in these tabs yet.
Sort groups by number of items or number of mailboxes affected.
Click the Export icon on a group to export just that issue's results.
Note: Migrations that completed before this feature became available only show the All mailboxes tab. Their full report is still available for download.
Export your results
Export exactly the results you need instead of downloading the full report every time. From the report, you can export a single mailbox, a single issue group, everything in the Errors or Warnings tab, or the whole migration.
