You can try this new connection method as an alternative to Other user, which relies on the IDCRL cookie, which Microsoft is deprecating shortly for Microsoft 365 only.

It is a safer and preferred method when connecting to Microsoft 365.

The connection can persist over 90 days and can be refreshed.
