Standard support hours remain unchanged for other plans.

Contact ShareGate support through the usual channels.
Enterprise plan customers will be prioritized for around-the-clock coverage.
Data protection
To make this possible, we added Flairstech to our list of sub-processors. They provide secure handling of support data in compliance with GDPR and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
