What’s new

Starting 13 October 2025, subscribers on the ShareGate Enterprise plan will have access to Level 1 - 24/7 support.

You'll be able to reach our support team anytime, anywhere, to resolve issues faster.

Why we made this change

We recognize that it's crucial to have reliable support when managing migrations and governance at scale.

Expanding support coverage ensures you get help whenever you need it, regardless of time zone.

Who is eligible

  • Available exclusively to ShareGate Enterprise plan subscribers.

  • Standard support hours remain unchanged for other plans.

How it works

  • Contact ShareGate support through the usual channels.

  • Enterprise plan subscribers will be prioritized for around-the-clock coverage.

Data protection

To make this possible, we added Flairstech to our list of sub-processors. They provide secure handling of support data in compliance with GDPR and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
