The activity log is organized by date, with the most recent activity at the top. You can view up to 5000 activities at one time. Activity history is maintained after the first connection to ShareGate.
Apply filters to your tenant activity log to find specific activities. For example, you can find actions made by a certain user, within a date range, or by the type of activity.
First, choose between your tenant's Teams, Team sites, or Communication sites. You can apply one or more filters.
Click Clear all to remove all applied filters or the X on a specific filter to remove just that one.

Filter by user
Use the field Filter by user to find an action item specific to a user.
Filters drawer
Click Filters to open the filters drawer.
To clear a specific filter, clear the checkbox. Click Clear Filters to remove all applied filters.
Filter by date range
To find activity within a specific date range:
Click Filters to open the filters drawer.
Under Timeframe, type the date you would like the filter to start on (date format is DD/MM/YYYY) in the first field.
In the second field, type the end date for the filter.
Click anywhere outside to save your choice.
Click Done.
Or, use the dropdown to set a quick filter for the following:
Last week.
Last month.
Last 3 months.
Last 6 months.
Filter by activity type
To find specific activity types:
Click Filters to open the filters drawer.
Expand the relevant sections.
From the list, select the activity types you want to filter for.
Click Done.
