Set a custom external sharing review
Use sensitivity tags to make sure that external sharing links and guest access are reviewed based on a team or group's data sensitivity.
When you create a sensitivity tag, the default start date is the next day and the default recurrence is every 30 days. To customize these values for a sensitivity tag:
Navigate to your sensitivity tags list in Policies.
Click in the Start date of external sharing review field for a tag.
Enter the date (format is DD/MM/YYYY).
Click in the days field and enter the number of days to pass between each review. This number must be at least 16 days, but not over 999 days.
Click anywhere outside the field to save your choice.
Notes:
โ
The review recurrence set for the External sharing review policy applies to the teams and groups that do not have a sensitivity tag applied.
External sharing reviews are not available for sensitivity tags with the configuration: Guest access is Guests not allowed.
