The ShareGate Teams chatbot can communicate with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Group owners on your behalf.
You can use the chatbot to:
Ask owners to apply purpose tags.
Ask owners to apply sensitivity tags.
Get owners to review external sharing links and guest access.
Have owners take action on inactive teams and groups.
In Teams
As long as your organization's Microsoft Teams app permission policies allow all apps, there is no set-up to do in Teams.
If an owner needs the chatbot to collaborate, ShareGate will perform the installation.
