Export the Activity log report

The Activity log report gives you more details on the activities happening in your tenant.

First, filter and customize the information you want to export, then save the report to your workstation as a CSV file.

How to

  1. Select Activity.

  2. Choose between your tenant's Teams, Team sites, or Communication sites.

  3. Apply filters to customize the activities displayed.

  4. Click Export.

  5. Open the Downloads folder on your workstation to view the CSV file.

The exported report contains information from the activity log based on the filters you applied in steps (2) and (3).
