If the ShareGate end-user app is experiencing an unforeseen performance problem when creating a new team or SharePoint site, the following message will appear to alert you:
We can't create your workspace at this time. Please try again later.
This usually occurs when creating a team or SharePoint site with a template.
Solution
For end-users
Wait 30 minutes, then try creating your workspace with the template again. If the problem persists, inform your IT admin.
For admins
If the ShareGate end-user app workspace creation is still not working for your users, contact our support team.
