Sensitivity mismatch
Updated this week

A sensitivity mismatch can happen when a team or group's security settings don't align with its sensitivity tag. If not resolved, sensitivity mismatches can pose a security risk to your organization.

A sensitivity mismatch might happen if:

  • An owner changes the privacy setting of their team or group.

  • An admin updates the security settings of a team or group.

  • An admin sets the organization-level external sharing setting to something more restrictive.
