Manage your environment overview

The Manage page lists your tenant's teams, groups, and communication sites. This page gives you a clear view of your data and allows you to take action to keep your environment organized, secure, and clutter-free.

To access the page and view your environment, select Manage from the sidebar, then choose between your tenant's Teams, Microsoft 365 groups, or SharePoint communication sites.

Filter your environment

Filters help you find specific teams and groups based on various options. Use the tiles to apply a quick filter, or open the filters drawer to drill down further.

One team or group

Select the team or group row to access the details of a specific team or group.

For information on what you can accomplish from the team and group details, check out Team and group details.

Multiple teams or groups

Use bulk actions to take action on multiple teams or groups simultaneously.

Select the checkbox beside the team or group names and a bulk action menu appears, showing you the different actions you can take.

Tip: Hover over each button for more information on that bulk action.

Tile bulk actions

Select any tile to apply quick filters to your environment. When a tile is selected, the bulk action menu displays actions specific to those filtered teams or groups.

Update your policies

Click the gear

on the inactivity, purpose, guests/shared links, or sensitivity tile to navigate to Policies, which you can update as needed.

Export a report

The Teams and groups report details the teams and groups in your environment, including membership and security settings. Export the report to your workstation as a CSV file for reference and analysis.
