Running an assessment

The Copilot Readiness Assessment is available from ShareGate Home and from ShareGate Protect. The first time you run the assessment, you are prompted to connect to your tenant and then consent to running the assessment app. If you do not have sufficient permissions to consent, you can ask a global admin or privileged role admin to consent.

After consent is granted, the assessment starts automatically. When the assessment is complete, click View results.

The Copilot Readiness Assessment page displays the most recent assessment date (MM/DD/YYYY). Hover your pointer over the info icon to see the currently connected tenant ID.

Note: To run a new assessment of the connected tenant, or to assess a different tenant, click New assessment.

When you run a new assessment of the connected tenant, the data currently saved in the Copilot Readiness Assessment app is deleted.
