When trying to connect to SharePoint in the app, you get the following error:

An error occurred while trying to decrypt the credentials. The connection was cleared, try again.

You get this error message when your cached credentials are corrupted and the app is unable to use them for your connection.

When this happens, the app clears your corrupted credentials so you can enter them again.
