InfoPath forms are currently not supported on lists and document libraries that use the Modern experience on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint 2019. ShareGate Migrate will copy content types containing InfoPath forms and the forms themselves, but then they will not be usable unless on the Classic list experience.

To use your InfoPath form, be sure to use the Classic list experience wherever the form is used.
