Run multiple reports to gain insights on your SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.

To access the reporting section of ShareGate Migrate, select All reports from the menu.

Note: Reporting is not available for SharePoint 2003 and SharePoint 2007 environments.

Built-in reports

ShareGate Migrate includes some built-in reports to help you get started. Reports are sorted by the object type they are targeting.

Select any report to run it.

Edit existing reports

To edit a built-in report, hover your mouse over the report and click the Duplicate and edit as custom report button.

Create a new report

To create a new report, click Create custom report.

Select targets

When you select a report, you will need to select a target for the reporting action. You can select from your existing connections or add a new connection.

Select one target by clicking it directly, or use the checkboxes to select multiple targets.

Note: Some reports allow you to specify if you want to use the local cache to accelerate the operation. Any report can be run immediately or can be scheduled.
