Copy Nintex Forms
Updated this week

Copying Nintex Forms will make them available at the destination site. The forms will be copied when you copy their associated list or content type.

ShareGate Migrate also allows the migration of Nintex Live Forms.

Supported migrations

Classic Nintex Forms

The app supports the migration of Classic Nintex Forms for the following migration types:

  • On-premises to on-premises, for SharePoint versions 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and SharePoint Subscription Edition (SharePoint SE).

  • On-premises to Microsoft 365, for SharePoint versions 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and SharePoint SE.

  • Microsoft 365 to on-premises, for SharePoint versions 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and SharePoint SE.

  • Full support for migrations from Microsoft 365 to Microsoft 365.

Note: ShareGate Migrate does not transform SharePoint Designer and InfoPath forms to Nintex Forms.

Responsive Nintex Forms

ShareGate Migrate only supports migrating responsive Nintex Forms from a Microsoft 365 environment to another Microsoft 365 environment.

Note: As of November 2021, ShareGate is no longer able to provide full support for SharePoint Server 2003 and 2007, which are past the end of their Microsoft support lifetime. For more information, see Contacting our technical support team.

To migrate a Nintex Form associated with a list, copy that list with the steps detailed in the article Copy structure and content - Lists and libraries.

To migrate a Nintex Form associated with a content type, copy that content type with the steps detailed in the article Copy structure and content - Content types.
