SharePoint site creators use web parts to build their web pages to fit their business needs. For more information on the web parts associated with the modern SharePoint experience, see Using web parts on SharePoint pages.

List of supported web parts

When migrating your environments using ShareGate Migrate, the following web parts associated with Microsoft's modern experience are fully supported and will be maintained at the destination site.

Web parts not listed will be created as new in your destination. You will need to adjust them to match your source manually.

The link is copied as-is and will point to the source environment.

Yammer Highlights

Show the most recent message from Yammer conversations.

Only supported when migrating to the same tenant.

Note: When migrating, there is always a possibility that you need to adjust your web parts manually at the destination due to constraints or limitations (such as migrating to a new tenant, or a missing app that is required to support the web part). If this occurs, there will be a warning or error in your migration report as an indication.
