Issue resolution may not be possible if you are not on the latest version. The Support team will always be available to help you, but if an issue is caused by using a legacy version, we cannot help until you update.
We fix bugs with every release. If you are using an older version of the app and experiencing a bug, there is a good chance that it was fixed in the latest patch or new release.
Updating means you get brand-new features at no extra cost. The ShareGate Migrate releases some game-changing features with each major version, which greatly facilitate migrations and management. If you are on a legacy version, you are not accessing these features.
