When using Import from file share with Copy if newer (incremental) without using Excel Import & copy to migrate files to a document library where versioning is disabled, some of your files could be replaced even though they had been modified more recently in your destination.

You would get an error using Promote when clearing your search in the Select subsites to copy as new sites screen, and nothing was selected.

You could get an null reference error in the Promote Options screen if you selected subsites in a site collection that had a different host than the farm or the tenant.

The application would crash when trying to migrate a custom taxonomy column that had the same internal name as the built-in taxonomy column.

You'll notice better handling of throttling when using Copy structure or Copy Content to migrate large lists with views over the list view threshold.

Your migration could fail without anything logged in the Migration report.
