We fixed a bug that would prevent the migration of a Planner plan attachment when a file of the same name already existed at the root of the destination library.

You should no longer get the error Property YourColumn: The following values are unavailable when migrating items with multiple terms in a managed metadata column. Your items are now migrated with a warning for the missing terms.
