Report Name	Description
Documents that are not Office or PDF	Find videos, images, and related files that are not associated with Office or PDF.
Documents never checked in	Find all the documents that were never checked in.
Documents with anonymous guest links	With this report, know instantly what documents of your environment have an anonymous guest link.
Documents with custom permissions	Find all documents which do not inherit permissions from their parent.
Documents with explicit permissions to users	Find documents with explicit permissions given to users throughout your environments.
Large Document report	Find documents in your Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments that are larger than 50 MB.
List items with explicit permissions to users	Find list items with explicit permissions given to users throughout your environment.
Lists with custom permissions	Find all your lists which do not inherit permissions from their parent.
Lists with explicit permissions to users	Find lists with explicit permissions given to users throughout your environment.
Lists with more than 5000 items	Find the lists and libraries with more than 5000 items throughout your environment.
Lists with no versioning	Find all the lists in your sites or subsites which do not have versioning configured.
Sites with explicit permissions to users	Find lists with explicit permissions given to user throughout your environments.
Unused Document report	Provides you with a list of documents in your environments that have not been modified for 6 months or longer.
Unused list report	Provides you with a list of lists in your environments that have not been modified for 6 months or longer.
