Workflow Report
Updated this week

ShareGate Migrate can crawl through your selected target to see if it contains any workflows. You can take action on these workflows once the report is finished running.

How-to

  1. Click All reports.

  2. Click Workflow report under Built-in reports.

  3. Select the target of the report.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Set your report options.

  6. Click Schedule or Run now.

  7. You will now get a list of all workflows within your selected target.

Take action on workflows

SharePoint workflows

  1. Select the workflow.
    ​

    • Note that you will be able to see SharePoint and Nintex workflows.

  2. From the quick actions menu, you will be able to see information on the workflow and take certain actions on it:

    • Name: Edit the workflow name.

    • Description: Edit the workflow description.

    • Enabled: If toggled on, this will enable (activate) your workflow within its location.

    • Start Manually: If toggled on, this will configure the manual start option to allow workflows to be started manually within the location.

  3. Once you make your modification, the history will be available on the Tasks screen.

Nintex workflows

  1. Select the workflow.
    ​

    • Note that you will be able to see SharePoint and Nintex workflows.

  2. From the quick actions menu you will be able to see information on the workflow and take certain actions on it:
    ​

    • Name: Edit the workflow name.

    • Description: Edit the workflow description.

    • Enabled: If toggled on, this will enable (activate) your workflow within its location.

    • Start Manually: If toggled on, this will configure the manual start option to allow workflows to be started manually within the location.

    • Start when an item is created: If toggled on, this will configure the workflow to start automatically when an item is created.

    • Start when an item is modified: If toggled on, this will configure the workflow to start automatically when an item is modified.

  3. Once you make your modification, the history will be available on the Tasks screen.
