Notes:

Connections

Once connected to one or multiple environments, you can select whether to view one or all of them by choosing from the drop-down.

To update your credentials without disconnecting your environment, click Edit credentials.

To disconnect from an environment, click disconnect.

To refresh an environment, hover your cursor over the name and click the Refresh icon.

You can add a connection by clicking Add Connection. For more on connecting to an environment, see Connect to SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

Search

You can search by name or by URL. You can also select multiple search items by hovering over the results and clicking to add or with CTRL + click.

Press Enter on your keyboard to complete the search, or click the search icon.

Explore list

The Explore list lets you easily navigate your connected environments and inspect your different objects (Web Applications, Site Collections, Sites, Documents, etc.).

To drill down, double-click on an object or use the Navigate button that appears when you hover your cursor over the object.

Using this method, you can drill down as far as possible. To return to a previous level, click on the desired object in the breadcrumb.

The Quick actions menu is always available on the right pane. You can also access a contextual menu by right-clicking an object or clicking the ellipsis (...) symbol to the right of the breadcrumbs.

Select one or multiple Filters to display specific object types.

Quick actions

Oversee objects in your environment, run security reports, change site settings, and handle membership and permissions, among other things, with the Quick action menu.

You can find the Quick actions menu at the right of your objects list, the Explore screen, and the results screen of most reports.

The quick actions menu is contextual. Only the options available for your selected object(s) will appear.

For more information, see Quick actions menu overview.
