For ShareGate Migrate to see a network drive, it must be mapped on the system running it.
ShareGate Migrate might occasionally not show your drives, even if you've mapped them correctly. This article provides troubleshooting information for this problem.

Network locations
ShareGate Migrate can only see network drives mapped with a letter on your Windows system.
If the drive you are trying to access does not have a letter assigned to it, it might be a network location, which ShareGate Migrate does not support.
To learn how to map a network drive, see Access your network drives (connect your file share).
Refresh your local directories
ShareGate Migrate will often start seeing your mapped drives when you refresh your directories.
You can refresh your directories with these steps:
Close ShareGate Migrate.
Right-click on the ShareGate icon in the Windows system tray in your taskbar to close it entirely.
Open the Windows Command Prompt.
You can find it by pressing the Windows key on your keyboard and typing Command Prompt.
Type
gpupdate
and then press Enter on your keyboard.Wait for the Completed successfully message.
Open ShareGate Migrate and try to access your mapped drives.
If this does not immediately work, try rebooting your machine and accessing your mapped drive in ShareGate Migrate again.
Use the same user account
When you map your network drives on your system, do not use a different user account than the one you use to run ShareGate Migrate.
ShareGate Migrate cannot see your drive if you map it with a different user account.
If you are unsure about the account you used to map your drive, try re-mapping it and leaving the option Connect using different credentials unchecked.
If you still can't see that drive in ShareGate Migrate, you can try to re-map it using a different letter.
Run as administrator
If you run ShareGate Migrate as administrator, it changes the local account that the app uses and can change which drives it can display.
Try running the application normally to see if it makes a difference.
